More phone options for holds.

Is it possible to add an option of "Wait for a signal" or something along those lines rather than just making a train call you back in an hour [tops] because occasionally a train will get disabled or a switch will get over run or something of the such and the work crew takes 2-5 hours to repair the disabled switch/train which [atleast in some territories] can/will create a bottle neck and you'll have 5-6 trains calling you one after another until the situation clears up, which can get really annoying.

Sure, why not.

However, I don't think it will do much once we have the crew time restriction establishe...
