An update of CTC has now been released.
It is available for download here

- Supports the display of plain text information on the layout area
- Support of diamonds as track elements
- Support of Info boxes - displays text in status line and popup label when hovering over such elements
- Display of Platform symbols
- Popup labels are now sized depending on zoom level
Existing territories for CTC 3.0 can be used for CTC 3.1. Updates to existing territories or newer ones will require CTC 3.1.
