New Territory ideas
« on: July 21, 2016, 10:54:25 PM »
I was thinking that a fun territory would be NS's, or Conrail's Conway Terminal. It would involve many yard tracks and service over 100 trains a day, with several locals. Also, many of the NS Pittsburgh Line desks in the dispatcher office have several trains that would require a lot of skill. The Conway Terminal desk in particular is the most challenging. Thank you for the consideration and all of the effort that is put into this game.

Thanks for your suggestion.

As you can imagine, any new territory (except for fantasy) needs to be based on some kind of source material. This could be a territory created already for other programs like Softrail's Train Dispatcher, or some other plans or documentation, which could be used as input information for the upcoming CTC Editor.

The last few months we have been working on the Editor, and hope that we can make it available for the public very soon.

All of our territories in our library (and upcoming new ones) were created originally for TD3, and adaption of TD2/3 territories is currently the fastest way to create territories for CTC.

I'd like to add the CSXT Selkirk, NY to Buffalo, NY territory to this suggestion thread. It's a humongous territory, and if I understand correctly, it's actually the combination of several CSX DS desks, but the size and complexity of it makes it remarkably fun to mess with.
