This simulator version includes the following changes/corrections:
- Corrections for "Can Add" option in route detailed list
- Detailed list immediately update for vextern distribution and route savings
- Ignore duplicate dynamic routes when loading saved data
- Null Linkage causes crash when determining reachable destinations
