This simulator version includes the following changes/corrections:
- Potential Out-Of-Memory error regarding graphics object addressed
- Foreign Train problems with incomplete setup addressed
- Speed Limit update problem if traintypes's speed incomplete addressed
- Backout of accidental invocation of transfer licenses resolved (1)
