This version is really an upgrade from 4.13, as we have re-based the software using .Net framework 4.7.2 rather than 2.0 before. This should eliminate problems with new installations where you can't get the old framework from Microsoft anymore, because it is so old.
Because of the re-base, this is now the CTC 5.x line to reflect that. We added a little intro window also. There were no other feature upgrades or corrections.
As always upgrades to previously purchased products are free.
