Our friend westdetroit, who posts here frequently, has contributed a TD3 territory, that we adapted for CTC (and adjusted a bit for things that cannot be done in TB3), which we have now made available on our website.

This territory is the first that features "protect switches", which may look like "linked switches" of TD3, but is completely different as it is route-based, and therefore more accurate and flexible - as we believe. However, since it it route-based, you will see it at work only in the premium version.
