An update of CTC has now been released.
It is available for download here

- New Runtime model simulating train behavior
- Allow passing a RED signal either by (phone) order or special signal
- Introduce caution speed (visual sight i.s.a. signal) to approach train already in block
- Introduction of work areas similar to TDP3
- Better handling of route setting during save and load
- Cleanup after train crash corrected and time for cleanup reduced (fixed for now)
- Save and load problem when midnight passed before save
- Status line moved done due to potential length of text displayed there
- Addressing installation problem (new installation only once, not every time CTC runs)
- Installation ID displayed in About panel
Existing territories available for 3.10 will continue to run in 3.11, however, if you saved data during a run with 3.10, some unpredictable results may occur when loading them in 3.11 due to changes in routing and train handling.
