With CTC 4.x we have redesigned the procedure how you can buy licenses for CTC code and CTC territories. Among other things, you don't have to enter registration codes that you received via Email. In fact, the capability to do that has been removed. Instead, CTC will pick the code from the internet (there is still a waiting period, since the codes are generated offline, but they should be available within 24 hours).

Effective immediately, registration codes will no longer be sent out via Email. Instead, you'll get a general confirmation Email stating the above.

Before that window is shown, CTC will pick up registration codes from the internet and store it into your profile. CTC will do that also as part of the "Before we start" window processing It cannot be much easier than that!
By the way, with CTC 3.x you can still buy the licenses the old way, but you should really switch to 4.x (now actually 4.1), because now that is the only way to get the codes for your copy of CTC to work. Furthermore, the old procedure is using a list that will not be maintained anymore to add new territories, and you cannot buy the editor license in CTC 3.x. We will decommission that list sometime in the future.
