Title: Error Message V 3.22

I've downloaded version 3.22 but I get an error message at the start of a scenario for Chicago West (E502 - Scene Load Failure Index was outside the bounds of the array.). I'm not sure what to do???......

There was a 'production error' in the scene files, which CTC didn't like. V3.23 will handle this much better!
CTC 3.23 is uploaded and available.
