Title: Ability to Ask Maintenance During Initial Call Duration

Would it be possible to be able to ask maintenance upon arrival to train, switch, signal, etc duration? It would save time and a step from having to call back just to get duration. Thank you.

After thinking about it. Maybe it's fine the way it is because it would take some time to asses the issue. Keep up the great work!
