Title: Stop At Instruction

Maybe we could have a "Stop At" instruction added to our options when calling a train. This way we could have a train that needs to reverse direction not keep traveling past the intended point you want a train to reverse due to the amount of time it takes to call a train and any other reasons deemed necessary.
