Title: CTC 3.15 and BNSF Alliance East

The changes for CTC 3.15 had an unfortunate effect on the standard and free version of the BNSF Alliance East territory - the format of the data there were so old the scene wouldn't load.

The affected versions have been re-generated and updated.
