Title: Setting speed template

Hi. Not sure what you said when my drawbridge bug post was deleted but I'm only trying to point out there is definitely some kind of bug. I don't think it's just with drawbridges I believe it's anytime you set the speed template then you try to paste it changes the speeds in multiple blocks not just the block you changed the speed in. It shouldn't do yhat. I'm constantly changinging speeds in other areas that got changed too. I've created enough routes to know that's not normal. Just trying to help.

I would have to look at that. In general, the intention is when pasting a template to something, this 'something ' depends on which object you try to address. Pasting templates is just a shortcut to update several speed limits at once. However, the involvement of templates complicates this a little bit..
