Title: Train entrance speed

When trains come in off a mainline entrance/exit, the train comes in and stops, then takes off again even if they've already got a signal lined up, or multiple blocks to the next control signal.
Can we please allow trains to come in at track speed unless block occupied ahead?

This is an old problem. Attempts to statically calculate the speed the entry based on signals ahead have failed. Will revisit again.
