Title: Release 5.11 is now available

This simulator version includes the following changes/corrections:

• Potential Out-Of-Memory error regarding graphics object addressed
• Foreign Train problems with incomplete setup addressed
• Speed Limit update problem if traintypes's speed incomplete addressed
• Backout of accidental invocation of transfer licenses resolved (1)

(1) This change was already made for version 5.10, but since this was the only change there no separate announcement was made.

As always the CTC simulator and upgrades to previously purchased territories are free.
