Title: Further suggestions for phone options.

Since we have a "Resume normal speed" option, could we have an option to have trains slow down so they don't have to stop if you want to let a train run around without having to stop the train.

Once we have the approach speed feature in CTC, it is certainly possible to have an option as suggested.  The approach speed feature is neccessary  - without that a sudden reduction of the  max speed would invoke emergency braking if the current speed is above the  limit. Simply said, you want the train to slow down but not overreact.
