Title: Download page on CTC site not loading.

I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_doing_ajax() in /home2/dpump/public_html/dpwebsoft.com/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/all_in_one_seo_pack.php on line 506

When I try to go to the download site on the latest version of Google Chrome, this has been an ongoing issue, atleast for me.
